How long will my order take to arrive?

Domestic orders (UAE) are delivered within 2-4 business days. International orders take 5-14 business days depending on your location. Express shipping is available for UAE orders.

Do you ship internationally?

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package in real time.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide straight from our Dubai atelier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Email us at returns@maisonqamar.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us and we'll arrange it for you.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What fabrics do you use?

We use premium Korean Nidha, French Chiffon, Italian Organza, and Turkish Velvet. Each fabric is selected for its quality, comfort, and drape.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Our sizes range from XS (52) to XL (60). If between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit.

Are your products handmade?

Yes, many of our pieces feature handcrafted elements including embroidery, beadwork, and hand-finished hems. Each piece is made with care and attention to detail.

How should I care for my garment?

Most of our pieces are dry clean only. Specific care instructions are included on the garment label. We recommend storing items in the provided garment bag.
